Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson, an American actress and model who is now a retired actor. Elson began her career on television as a child model and actress. Her most well-known character is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson on CBS"Sci-Fi. Andrea was a candidate for the lead role in ALF, the 1986 hit show. She was a finalist. Andrea was a part of a variety of popular TV shows in addition to Movies of the Weekly for many more years before she left the industry to spend time with her family. ALF occurred during a turbulent time for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People magazine released a retrospective of Elson's career in the year 2000. Elson commented that being a teenager with a spotlight wasn't simple. When she was in New York City in 1969 Elson was raised into a world that revolved around travel as her father was a traveling salesman. She had already lived in New York, Chicago San Diego, and Los Angeles before she turned 10. Andrea was able to find an agent located in San Diego and won her audition for her first part. Fusco supported the idea by saying, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." When ALF began to be more popular, NBC said that Fusco would not be able to continue having ALF drinking alcohol with the kids. This was not a good character of a model. However, even though Fusco was of the opinion that ALF was an adult, he could do the same thing with way he wants to - alcohol ... Death. In 1995, he was diagnosed to have lymphoma. This cancer was treated successfully and he went on to be in Remission throughout the course of his life. At the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey, on June 26, 2019, he passed away of this illness at the age of 75.
