Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and grew up there. She became a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. Born in Arkansas she grew up in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. Sheryl was raised by her sibling Frankie. Frankie had suffered from her own illness called Polio. She faced a lot of issues with her mother when growing as a teenager. Sheryl alleges that, for instance, her mother knifed her father after he became close to her. Sheryl, after graduating college, joined the army. Her passion for the military was comedy. She was the only female to make it through the competition in 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search. In 1992, she made her TV debut as a regular performer in the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was a host on the TV show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began hosting as a co-host of The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. In addition she has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series such as Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
